Description / Abstract
This study assessed the PLNU Wellness Center employees’ knowledge of the physical activity guidelines, personal levels of physical activity, and confidence in discussing physical activity. This study found that an informational presentation on the importance of physical activity may increase healthcare providers’ physical activity knowledge and personal physical activity engagement.
